Job summary

EPAM Systems is seeking a Business Development Director - Salesforce (Partner Sales) in Zurich or Geneva, Switzerland, in a hybrid setup. You will drive net-new revenue with a partner-centric approach, cultivating relationships within EPAM's Salesforce ecosystem to co-create market routes and accelerate joint success.

You will engage senior stakeholders, orchestrate multi-party deals, and govern the sales lifecycle from prospecting to close with strong partner collaboration across Switzerland

Qualifications

10–15 years of IT sales or business development with hunting focus.
Proven track record leveraging partner ecosystems for revenue growth.
Fluency in German and English; Swiss/Germany market experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Drive net-new revenue through new logo acquisition in Swiss and German markets.
Cultivate Salesforce partner ecosystem relationships to unlock joint opportunities.
Co-develop partner go-to-market plans and solutions for client demands.
Lead end-to-end sales cycles, coordinating with partners to accelerate deals.
