You will train the sales staff on tools and processes, support tender workflows, and monitor procurement platforms, contributing to more efficient and compliant sales operations across our global offices.

Responsibilities

• Support Sales team with public tenders, proposals, and bid wrap-ups.
• Ensure smooth, compliant end-to-end sales processes.
• Manage and optimize CRM (HubSpot) and maintain data quality.
• Create and update sales templates and client reference cases.
• Lead the annual customer satisfaction survey and support budgeting.
• Train the Sales team on tools, processes, and HubSpot.
• Monitor procurement platforms (SIMAP) and handle ESG questionnaires.
• Deliver insights on pipeline performance and win/loss analysis.
