Job summary

Migros is seeking a Talent Acquisition professional to partner with department heads and hiring managers across multiple functions in Switzerland. You will drive recruitment initiatives, source top talent through diverse channels, and ensure a seamless candidate experience from sourcing to onboarding.

You will build strong relationships with hiring managers, conduct interviews for both technical and non-technical roles, and leverage market insights to attract diverse candidates.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in talent acquisition and recruitment across multiple functions.
• German language skills are fluent; French knowledge is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Participate in recruitment meetings and drive hiring initiatives across departments.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and strategy.
• Source across multiple channels to identify high-quality candidates.
