Galaxus in Zürich is seeking a People Attraction & Active Sourcing Specialist to partner with hiring managers across core business units. You will map talent, build talent communities, and proactively source candidates using modern tools to fill critical roles while ensuring an excellent candidate experience.

You will collaborate with Customer Service, Product Development, Marketing and Finance, contributing to Casting Days and other recruitment initiatives.
