Zusammenfassung

WSP is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist - German-speaking to strengthen our recruitment capabilities across German-speaking Switzerland. You will build trusted relationships with business leaders, translate workforce needs into targeted sourcing strategies, and manage end-to-end recruitment across engineering and professional services.

Qualifikationen

• Several years of Talent Acquisition, Recruitment or Executive Search experience, ideally within engineering, consulting, construction, infrastructure or another technical/professional services environment.
• Outstanding interpersonal, communication and influencing skills, with the confidence and maturity to partner with senior leaders and operational managers.
• Strong business curiosity and the ability to understand operational environments, projects and technical talent requirements, rather than approaching recruitment solely from an HR perspective.

Aufgaben

• Lead end-to-end recruitment: Act as a trusted talent advisor to leaders and hiring managers, developing a strong understanding of their operations, projects, teams and talent challenges.
• Attract and engage talent: Build diverse talent pipelines for both intern and professional hiring, using LinkedIn Recruiter, professional networks, referrals, direct sourcing, and other channels.
• Build strong partnerships: Develop and maintain strong external talent networks across the Swiss engineering, consulting, construction and infrastructure markets.
• Represent and strengthen our employer brand: Act as an ambassador for WSP across the Swiss market, supporting employer branding initiatives, career fairs, early-career engagement, recruitment campaigns, and other activities that help us attract exceptional talent.
• Contribute to our TA community: Collaborate closely with the wider Central Europe Talent Acquisition team, sharing knowledge and best practice.
