Qualifications

• Experience recruiting in Latvia or Baltic markets.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment across Switzerland and Latvia, including briefings, screening, interviews, and contracts.
• Actively source for specialist and business-critical roles.
• Collaborate with Zürich and Riga HR teams and hiring managers to align priorities.
• Improve recruitment processes and interview formats using AI-assisted methods.
• Track hiring progress and pipeline health using key metrics.
