Digitec Galaxus AG in Switzerland is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our international recruitment team. You will partner with department heads to support hiring across Customer Service, Product Development, Marketing, Finance, People & Culture, and more.

This temporary role runs from February 2027 to February 2028. You will source, interview, and assess candidates, build talent pipelines, manage stakeholders, and help deliver an outstanding candidate experience.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 3 years of experience in talent acquisition and recruitment across various roles.
• Hands-on experience in active sourcing and building talent pipelines.
• Fluent in German (C1) and English.
• Strong understanding of the recruitment market and talent trends.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Able to adapt priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Proactive approach to improving recruitment processes.
• Represent the company culture and values to candidates.

Aufgaben

• Participate in recruitment meetings and drive hiring initiatives across departments.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs.
• Source candidates through multiple channels and build diverse pipelines.
• Conduct interviews to assess cultural fit and role alignment.
• Plan recruitment events and coordinate candidate assessments.
• Track recruitment metrics and optimize processes with data.
• Be the first point of contact to embody Digitec Galaxus culture.
