Kilchenmann is looking for a customer-focused professional to join our Swiss team as a first point of contact. You will handle inquiries via telephone, e-mail and our ticketing system, record and categorise requests, and resolve 1st level issues remotely.

You will monitor incident processes, create offers, receive orders, and contribute to knowledge management with clear documentation and reports. A commercial background and strong language skills help you thrive in busy moments.

Qualifikationen

• Completed commercial basic training.
• Confident in German and English; French is an advantage.

Aufgaben

• First point of contact for customers via telephone, e-mail and ticketing system.
• Record, categorize and process requests and tickets.
• Resolve faults and problems in 1st level support (remote).
• Monitor incident and service request processes.
• Create offers, receive orders and purchase devices/materials.
• Create and evaluate statistics and reports.
