Job summary

SKIDATA in Adliswil, Switzerland, seeks a tech-driven support specialist to remotely assist customers and ensure stable, reliable systems.

You will handle technical requests per SLA, identify optimization opportunities in existing installations, and collaborate with Global Technical Support and partners to introduce new products and solutions.

Excellent German and good English skills, plus IT/networking experience, are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

Technical training (IT specialist EFZ or similar) and experience in technical support.
Excellent communication skills and enjoyment of customer contact.
Independent, flexible work style and team spirit; fluent German and good English skills.
Experience in IT and networking.

Responsibilities

You will remotely support our customers from within the support team and ensure that their systems function stably and reliably.
You process technical requests according to agreed service levels (SLA) and actively contribute to improving response and resolution times.
You identify optimization potential in existing installations and support customers in the introduction of new products and solutions.
You contribute your technical know-how – especially in IT, networks or system integration – in close collaboration with Global Technical Support and our partners.
