Job summary

BCIC Swiss GmbH in Switzerland is seeking an IT Support Specialist (Dispatch | On-site) to join our local team. You will provide first- and second-line support to users, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and coordinate with vendors when needed.

You must be fluent in English and the local language, have several years of user support experience, and be comfortable working on Windows and macOS, printers, and basic networking to keep users productive.

Qualifications

• Several years of experience in IT user support or service desk environments.
• Strong knowledge of IT hardware, software, and troubleshooting.
• Fluent in English and the local language.

Responsibilities

• Provide first- or second-level contact and problem resolution for customer issues.
• Work with third-party vendors to remediate complex AV issues as needed.
• Provide timely communication on issue status and resolution.
• Maintain ticket updates for all reported incidents.
• Install, upgrade, support, and troubleshoot Windows OS, Microsoft Office & Cisco Jabber as needed.
• Assist with basic Mac OS support for Apple PC users.
