BCIC Swiss GmbH | Best Connect International Company in Zurich is seeking an IT Support Specialist to provide first- and second-line support on-site. You will resolve issues, coordinate with vendors, and keep accurate ticket updates while assisting users across Windows, Office, and basic networking.

Role requires German and English proficiency at least B2 level and a valid Swiss work permit. On-site support in Zurich with printers and hardware troubleshooting is expected.

Qualifikationen

• Several years of experience in the IT field.
• Fluency in German & English (min B2).
• Must hold a valid work permit in Switzerland.

Aufgaben

• Provide first- or second-level contact and problem resolution for customer issues.
• Coordinate with third-party vendors to remediate AV issues as needed.
• Communicate issue status and resolution in a timely manner.
• Maintain ticket updates for all reported incidents.
• Install, upgrade, support, and troubleshoot Windows OS and Microsoft Office.
• Support Mac users with basic macOS knowledge.
• Install, upgrade, support, and troubleshoot printers and hardware.
• Perform remedial repairs on desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
• Use diagnostic tools to troubleshoot network connectivity and hardware/software issues.

BCIC Swiss GmbH | Best Connect International Company is looking for a (Dispatch |On-site) "IT Support Specialist" in Zurich.

Responsibilities

• Provide first- or second-level contact and problem resolution for customer issues.
• Work with third-party vendors to remediate complex AV issues as needed.
• Provide timely communication on issue status and resolution.
• Maintain ticket updates for all reported incidents.
• Install, upgrade, support, and troubleshoot Windows OS , Microsoft Office & Cisco Jabber authorized .
• Should have basic knowledge of the Mac operating system to support Apple PC users.
• Install, upgrade, support, and troubleshoot printers and computer hardware.
• Performs remedial repairs on desktops, laptops, printers, and any other authorized peripheral equipment.
• Use diagnostic tools to troubleshoot problems associated with network connectivity and workstation hardware/software.

Requirements
