Job summary

Jobgether is seeking an Account Payment Manager based in Switzerland to support onboarding of PSPs, EMIs, and banking partners. You will coordinate documentation, manage partner communications, and track onboarding from application to activation.

The role emphasizes operational rigor, ownership, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, international environment while contributing to process improvements and growth within the company.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in a similar role or related operations position.
• Intermediate English proficiency for international partner communications.
• Experience in fintech, payments, banking, or financial operations is advantageous but not required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate onboarding of PSPs, EMIs, and banking partners to ensure efficient completion of steps.
• Prepare, collect, review, and submit applications and KYB documentation per partner requirements.
• Maintain regular communication with external partners and follow up on outstanding requests.
• Monitor onboarding statuses, deadlines and actions, addressing delays or bottlenecks.
• Maintain accurate records of onboarding activities, partner information, and supporting documents.
• Support routine payment operations and ensure payment accounts function smoothly.
• Identify, investigate, and resolve operational issues and escalate when needed.
• Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate requirements and enable account activations.
• Contribute to more efficient workflows by standardizing procedures and reducing manual work.
