Job summary

Jobgether, acting on behalf of a partner fintech, seeks a Product Manager, Payments Infrastructure based in Switzerland. You will shape core money-movement systems and own the technical roadmap for payment processing, settlement, ledger services, and virtual accounts.

Collaborating with Engineering, Treasury, and Compliance, you will optimize routing, liquidity, and cross-border settlement, define gateways and APIs, and ensure scalable, compliant infrastructure to support growth across markets.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Product Management experience, incl. 3+ years in payment infra or core banking/transaction platforms.
• Strong technical fluency for APIs, distributed systems, data consistency and reliability.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Engineering/CS or related field.
• Professional fluency in English (written and spoken).
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams across markets and time zones.
• Ability to balance speed, cost, scalability, and reliability when prioritizing priorities.
• Experience with stablecoin/crypto settlement networks is a plus.
• Experience integrating banking partners or cross-border rails is a plus.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute the technical roadmap for core payment infrastructure, including payment rails, ledger systems, settlement engines, currency conversion, and virtual accounts.
• Lead development of virtual accounts and Virtual IBAN infrastructure for customer-facing experiences.
• Collaborate with the Payment Experience PM to align infra capabilities with customer requirements.
• Evaluate and oversee integrations with banking partners, liquidity providers, and stablecoin networks.
• Own transaction processing, settlement, and reconciliation across currencies and networks.
• Define routing and currency conversion strategies, supporting networks like USDC, USDT, PYUSD.
• Partner with Engineering on APIs, distributed systems, data consistency, and error handling.
• Work with Treasury on liquidity requirements and funding models.
• Collaborate with Compliance to embed regulatory requirements from the outset.
• Define and monitor infra performance metrics and incident handling.
• Document infra capabilities for Product, Engineering, and go-to-market teams.
