Qualifications

• Fluent English, both written and verbal.
• Experience in underwriting, onboarding, or account management, preferably in the payments industry.
• Strong analytical skills to evaluate risk and make sound decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage client relationships.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• High attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple accounts.
• Proficiency in relevant tools and systems used for underwriting and account management is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and process new client applications in compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Perform thorough risk assessments, ensuring all merchant applications meet underwriting standards.
• Guide merchants through the onboarding process, providing timely support and clear communication.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve onboarding efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned merchant accounts, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction.
• Monitor merchant account performance and provide proactive solutions to optimize operations.
• Assist with issue resolution, transaction inquiries, and escalations, ensuring quick and effective responses.
• Maintain strong relationships with merchants, understanding their needs and identifying growth opportunities.
