Qualifications

• Manage global calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate communications across teams across time zones.
• Track invoices, receipts, and expense reports; maintain accurate records.
• Support recruitment and onboarding processes, helping new team members integrate.
• Conduct research into sponsorship opportunities, partnerships, and events.
