Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Payment Support Specialist based in Switzerland to join an international, remote team. You will help users and partners navigate payment processes, resolve transaction issues, and understand financial products within a fast-growing fintech environment at the intersection of traditional finance and blockchain technology.

You will collaborate with product, engineering, and testing teams, investigate complex cases, and contribute to continuous improvements in service quality.

Qualifications

• English B2 level or higher and Russian proficiency.
• Experience in customer support, preferably fintech or payments.
• Understanding of payment processes, gateways, and troubleshooting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality customer assistance via email, live chat, and tickets.
• Resolve payment-related inquiries and troubleshoot issues.
• Explain payment flows and options to users and partners.
• Investigate incidents and collaborate with technical teams.
• Document interactions in CRM and knowledge bases.
• Create and improve FAQs and support guides.
• Identify process improvements to streamline support workflows.
• Follow rotation schedule (3/3) including day and night shifts.
