Job summary

Jobgether is helping a partner company in Switzerland recruit a seasoned Corporate Security Manager to lead a global security program, oversee internal investigations, prevent fraud, and strengthen physical security across international sites.

You will manage a team of specialists, define operating models, and coordinate with Legal, HR, Finance, Risk, Cyber Defense, and operations to turn investigation findings into practical, risk-based control improvements.

Qualifications

• Experience leading sensitive internal investigations from intake through closure.
• Strong investigative judgment to distinguish allegations from facts.
• Fraud and insider-risk expertise in regulated environments.
• Investigation governance: evidence handling, confidentiality, access controls, logs.
• Translate findings into practical control improvements and remediation owners.
• Cross-functional collaboration with HR, Legal, Finance, Risk, and tech teams.
• Knowledge of physical security, site access, CCTV, and incident escalation.
• Excellent reporting and concise management communications.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Corporate Security function: operating model, priorities, standards, team development.
• Oversee internal investigations: intake, prioritization, interviewing, closure.
• Strengthen investigation practices and OSINT coordination with Customer Support as needed.
• Manage background screening for sensitive roles in collaboration with HR and Legal.
• Improve internal controls across Trading and Finance with cross-functional partners.
• Monitor remediation and risk exposure; escalate overdue actions and critical issues.
• Oversee physical security: access controls, CCTV, site assessments, incident escalation.
• Coordinate safety and resilience initiatives: travel security, crisis management, business continuity.
• Collaborate with Cyber Defense on evidence collection and incident response.
