Job summary

Jobgether partnered with a Swiss-based organization seeks a detail-oriented Legal Operations Specialist to support international business activities through contract management, compliance coordination, and legal documentation. This fully remote role offers exposure to global investment structures and cross-border relationships.

You'll collaborate with regional teams, maintain standardized processes, and coordinate with external counsel.

Qualifications

• Law degree with at least 3 years of professional experience in corporate or commercial law.
• Strong understanding of international commercial contracts and cross-border transactions.
• Experience drafting, reviewing, and managing vendor, sponsor, or partner agreements.
• Excellent English proficiency at C1 level or above.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and standardize commercial agreements (sponsorship, vendor, partnership).
• Coordinate documentation for compliance procedures and due diligence.
• Provide timely legal guidance to operational teams and executives across regions.
• Maintain organized digital repository of templates, contracts, and related documents.
• Coordinate with external counsel for specialized advice.
• Support cross-border contractual processes to meet legal and compliance standards.
• Participate in handovers and regional rotations to ensure continuity of support across time zones.
• Identify opportunities to improve contract workflows and documentation standards.
• Collaborate with international colleagues to ensure timely legal requests are handled efficiently.
