Job summary

Jobgether in Switzerland partners with a client to hire a Senior HR Operations Lead based in Switzerland. The role designs and leads scalable HR operational infrastructure for a globally distributed workforce, spanning onboarding, performance, development and offboarding.

You will partner with HR business partners and leadership, manage external vendors, and drive data-driven insights to improve employee experiences and operational efficiency across multiple countries.

Qualifications

• Senior HR operations experience with end-to-end ownership.
• Background in distributed technology or SaaS HR ops.
• Proven collaboration with HR business partners and stakeholders.
• Commercial acumen and ability to align HR with business priorities.
• Strong people analytics and data-driven decision making.
• Strategic design of scalable HR processes and workflows.
• Experience managing employer-of-record relationships across countries.
• Vendor management for HR tech, payroll and benefits.
• Independent leadership in a fully distributed environment.
• Comfort working remotely across teams and geographies.
• Eligibility to work in the specified countries.

Responsibilities

• Develop and continuously improve HR operating model and infra.
• Enhance employee experiences across onboarding to offboarding.
• Turn workforce data into actionable insights for leaders.
• Lead the annual HR calendar aligned to business priorities.
• Own HR technology and vendor relationships including EORs.
• Support international workforce operations across countries.
• Embed compliance into HR processes with minimal friction.
• Collaborate with HR business partners and senior leaders.
• Drive continuous improvement of HR service delivery.
• Enable scalable HR systems and experiences as growth occurs.
