Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Security Engineer (AppSec / GRC / AI Security) for a partner company based in Switzerland. This hands-on role covers application security, vulnerability management, governance, risk, and compliance, with emphasis on AI security threats.

You will own security initiatives end-to-end and collaborate with engineering teams to mitigate risks. You will work with Git and GitHub workflows, coordinate external audits, and help evolve security practices across a fast-growing

Qualifications

• 2-3 years hands-on security engineering or related cybersecurity role.
• Strong application security expertise with code reviews and remediation.
• Experience coordinating security audits, pen tests, and tracking findings to remediation.
• Proficiency with Git and GitHub workflows; comfortable working with developers.

Responsibilities

• Review code for vulnerabilities and guide remediation with developers.
• Coordinate external penetration tests, security assessments, and audits; document findings.
• Maintain security risk register and prioritize remediation by risk and impact.
• Monitor security alerts, investigate incidents, and provide evening/weekend coverage when needed.
• Develop and run security awareness programs and phishing simulations.
• Manage onboarding/offboarding, device security, and access controls.
