Jobgether in Switzerland seeks a Senior Manager, Application Security to lead a new security function in a fast-growing, fully remote tech environment. You will own the security roadmap, perform hands-on reviews, and shape AI-driven security practices while guiding IT and compliance teams.

You will manage vulnerability programs, advocate secure SDLC, and collaborate with engineering to strengthen product security, risk management, and enterprise trust.

Qualifikationen

• 7+ years in security with hands-on app security
• Proven experience maturing an application security program
• Strong knowledge of OWASP and secure coding practices
• Ability to read code and work with engineers on remediation
• Experience leading security initiatives while remaining hands-on
• Experience managing teams and mentoring practitioners
• Familiar with AI-assisted security tools and practices
• Ability to communicate risks and tradeoffs to senior leadership

Aufgaben

• Define and own the application security roadmap, including vulnerability management, threat modeling, security reviews, and remediation
• Conduct hands-on security reviews and triage vulnerabilities with engineers
• Embed secure development standards and automate security scanning in CI/CD
• Design an AI-first application security strategy and validate automated tooling
• Oversee third-party and vendor security assessments
• Establish zero-trust principles and coordinate with cloud platforms on IAM and logging
• Lead application security incident response and coordinate with infra teams
• Guide Compliance Lead and IT teams with strategic direction and development
• Align application security, IT operations, and compliance under a unified roadmap
• Oversee access reviews, identity governance, and security controls related to compliance evidence
• Represent security posture to leadership, customers, and auditors
