Jobgether seeks an experienced Sales Manager to lead Account Executives across the EMEA region in a fully remote setup based in Switzerland. You will drive revenue growth, shape regional strategy, and coach a distributed team to achieve ambitious targets.
The ideal candidate has 5+ years in B2B SaaS sales with 2–3 years in leadership, strong English skills, and additional European language proficiency. Collaboration with Marketing, CS, and Product is essential.

- Experience in B2B SaaS and managing remote teams.
- Proven ability to lead distributed teams to revenue targets.

- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of Account Executives remotely across the EMEA region.
- Establish sales targets, KPIs, and individual goals to drive accountability.
- Conduct regular one-on-one meetings and pipeline reviews to improve performance.
- Develop and execute regional sales strategy and go-to-market approaches.
- Oversee end-to-end sales process from lead to closure and forecast accurately.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Customer Success, and Product to align priorities.
