Job summary

WorkMotion is hiring an Account Executive for the DACH region (Swiss German-speaking) to own the full sales cycle for Swiss accounts. This remote role emphasizes closing experience in B2B SaaS, MEDDICC-style discovery, and outbound prospecting, with a Swiss buyer focus and English fluency.

You’ll collaborate with HR leaders and finance to craft value-led proposals, negotiate with decision-makers, and drive a self-made pipeline with BDR support.

Qualifications

• 1 year of closing experience in B2B SaaS and a track record of meeting or beating quota.
• Strong discovery and qualification skills (MEDDICC or similar).
• Outbound prospecting capability including cold calling.
• AI-savvy, organized; CRM proficiency (HubSpot or similar).
• Native Swiss German with business English or fluent in German & French.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle for Swiss accounts from first conversation to onboarded talent.
• Ask second and third questions to uncover what’s at stake and why urgency matters.
• Equip HR champions with value-based arguments for finance, legal, and leadership.
• Create deal momentum: negotiate confidently and keep deals moving.
• Collaborate with BDRs to build a self-made pipeline in your territory.
