Job summary

Jobgether SRL is seeking a Senior Sales Lead based in Switzerland for a fully remote role focused on developing commercial relationships across Europe and selected international markets. You will own the commercial journey from initial consultation through onboarding, engaging with senior stakeholders to establish solid partnerships and drive regional growth.

The position offers substantial autonomy, exposure to executive decision-makers, and the opportunity to contribute to Europe-wide

Qualifications

• 5+ years in sales, business development, or a comparable commercial role.
• Experience engaging senior decision-makers and executives.
• Strong commercial acumen across industries and markets.
• Proven international experience across countries, regions, and time zones.
• Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken).
• Spanish or French language proficiency preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead high-level commercial conversations with senior stakeholders across Europe and selected international markets.
• Assess client needs and strategic fit to shape the engagement plan.
• Guide clients through the engagement process from initial consultation to onboarding.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and handover to recruitment.
• Maintain ongoing communication with clients throughout the commercial lifecycle.
• Identify opportunities to improve commercial performance and regional growth.
