Jobgether SRL, on behalf of a partner company, seeks a Junior Account Executive in Switzerland to energize growth across the UK and Ireland. You will own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, in a remote-first, international team.

You will target decision-makers, uncover business needs, and demonstrate the value of compliant international employment solutions while continually building a strong pipeline and hitting ambitious sales targets.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in B2B SaaS sales or similar target-driven commercial roles.
• Experience conducting discovery conversations to understand prospects' needs.
• Strong outbound prospecting skills including cold calling and creative approaches to reach decision-makers.
• Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Native-level English for UK and Irish buyers.
• Familiarity with AI tools in daily workflows.
• Experience using HubSpot or similar CRM.
• Coachable attitude and ability to apply feedback quickly.
