Job summary

IWG is seeking a Sales Manager for the Swiss German Growth Region, reporting to the CEO. You will build a world-class regional sales team, own regional targets, and shape our commercial offering. You will partner with centre teams to convert inquiries into clients and drive revenue growth across Switzerland.

Ideal candidates bring strong B2B sales leadership, a proven quota track record, and a data-driven approach to forecasting. German and English are required; French is a plus.

Qualifications

• B2B solution sales experience with team leadership or senior-seller role.
• Proven track record of beating quota.
• Self-generated pipeline you have closed.
• Commercial judgement: ability to build a regional plan and align franchise.
• Discipline and comfort with data: pipeline, CRM and forecasting.
• Drive, resilience and high standards; you lead by example.
• German and English language skills; French is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Shape the regional plan: Build and run the sales plan for the region; use data to propose products, offers and price structures; identify cross-selling opportunities with centres and clients.
• Win and grow clients of every size in the region; build network with business community and brokers to generate leads; support large opportunities with global account sales and the franchise CEO; grow client satisfaction and retention.
• Develop the team: energise and coach top performers; drive tour conversion targets; maintain weekly 1:1s; recruit as team grows.
• Work across the business: coordinate sales activity with centre teams; build sales capability; support renewals; keep tools relevant.
• How success is measured: regional deals and square metres; tour conversion and completion; forecast accuracy and pipeline quality.
