IWG is seeking a Sales Manager for the Swiss German Growth Region to lead a high-performing regional sales team. The role reports to the CEO and focuses on building a world-class sales force, owning regional numbers, and turning enquiries into clients.

You will work with centre teams to shape offerings, price options, and cross-sell opportunities, driving growth while maintaining industry-leading standards and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• B2B sales experience with team-lead or senior-seller responsibility.
• Track record of beating quota.
• Ability to develop sellers who outperform.
• Self-generated pipeline and closing experience.
• Commercial judgement to build regional plans and make market recommendations.
• Disciplined with data: pipeline, CRM, forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Build and run the regional sales plan (territories, channels, weekly activity).
• Win and grow clients of all sizes by advising the right solution.
• Expand network via events, brokers, and agents to generate leads.
• Support large opportunities with global account sales and franchise CEO.
• Develop a high-performing sales team with coaching and field leadership.
• Drive sales discipline: weekly forecast, CRM quality, and pipeline management.
• Coordinate sales activities across centres and support renewals with centre teams.
