Job summary

Confidential in Switzerland seeks a Regional Operations Manager to drive performance across a multi-site network. The role is hands-on and focused on profitability, KPIs and cost control, within an international consumer-facing environment.

You will own regional P&L, lead site managers, and standardise operating practices while planning staffing to meet demand. Fluency in German and strong English are required; French is a plus.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of multi-site operational leadership.
• Proven KPI, targets and P&L results in a fast-paced consumer-facing environment.
• Experience in an international organisation.
• Staff planning, scheduling and cost control.
• Fluent German and excellent English; French is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the regional P&L with a focus on profitability and KPIs.
• Review performance and build action plans for under-performing sites.
• Ensure compliant operations and standardise ways of working across the network.
• Plan staffing and shifts to match demand while controlling costs.
• Lead, coach and develop site managers and build succession plans.
