Qualifikationen

• Completion of secondary education.

Aufgaben

• Provide administrative support to senior staff in coordinating PCT promotional, outreach and training activities (in-person and online).
• Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, track deadlines and ensure timely responses.
• Coordinate preparation and translation of seminar documents and maintain a repository of slides and related presentations.
• Assist with budget and travel arrangements for organizers and speakers.
• Collect feedback from participants and consolidate results for continuous improvement.
• Create and maintain databases in SharePoint, contact lists and directories of organizers and participants.
