Qualifikationen

• Completion of secondary education.
• At least five years of relevant experience.
• Experience in the coordination of outreach activities.
• Experience in overseeing budgetary activities.
• Excellent knowledge of written and spoken English.
• Knowledge of other official UN languages.

Aufgaben

• Provide administrative support to senior staff in coordinating PCT promotional, outreach and training activities (in-person and online).
• Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, track deadlines and ensure timely responses.
• Coordinate the preparation and translation of seminar documents and maintain a repository of masters and slides.
• Support in settling financial and budgetary aspects with organizers, speakers and staff; assist with travel, visas and security for speakers.
• Collect participant feedback and consolidate results to support improvement of activities.
• Create and maintain databases in SharePoint, contact lists and directories of organizers, speakers and participants.
