World Intellectual Property Organization – WIPO in Geneva is seeking a dedicated administrator to support the PCT Legal and User Support Section. The role focuses on coordinating outreach, training activities, and ensuring timely, accurate event execution across internal and external partners.

The incumbent will manage deadlines, translations, travel logistics, and data repositories while maintaining high-quality documentation and cooperation in a diverse, multi-cultural environment.

Qualifikationen

• Completion of secondary education.
• Minimum five years of relevant experience.
• Experience coordinating outreach activities.
• Experience overseeing budgetary activities.
• Excellent knowledge of written and spoken English.
• Knowledge of other official UN languages.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate PCT outreach and training activities with internal and external partners.
• Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, track deadlines, and ensure timely responses.
• Prepare and translate seminar documents and maintain master presentations.
• Assist with travel, visa and security arrangements for speakers.
• Collect feedback from participants and consolidate results for program improvement.
• Create and maintain databases in SharePoint and directories of organizers, speakers and participants.
• Develop and implement promotional materials for online and offline use.
• Serve as liaison with other units, suppliers and external counterparts.
