World Intellectual Property Organization in Geneva seeks a Senior Client Support Assistant (three posts) to provide high-level client services, analyze and resolve complex inquiries related to PCT procedures and electronic services.

The role requires strong multitasking, proficiency in at least two languages (English plus another PCT publication language), and the ability to work under supervision. This is a fixed-term post with a two-year initial appointment and mobility considerations.

Qualifikationen

• Completed secondary education.
• Eight years of relevant work experience in formalities processing or similar.
• Excellent written and spoken knowledge of one language and good knowledge of a second language (one of which is English).

Aufgaben

• Analyze frequent defects in applications and advise clients; communicate insights to the Team Head.
• Participate in development activities related to the PCT system and IT tools.
• Examine formality requirements in at least two languages for complex international applications and ensure timely follow-up.
