Qualifikationen

• Eight+ years of relevant work experience in formalities processing of patent applications or similar.
• Experience in providing customer service and training.
• Excellent written and spoken knowledge of one language and good knowledge of a second language among PCT publication languages (Arabic, Chinese, English, French, German, Japanese, Korean, Portuguese, Russian or Spanish).
• Knowledge of other PCT publication languages.

Aufgaben

• Analyze defects in applications; communicate with clients and provide advice.
• Participate in development activities for PCT system and IT tools.
• Examine formalities in two languages for complex international applications; ensure standards.
• Ensure high-level customer service and timely follow-up with users and authorities.
• Sort and prioritize work within the team; improve workflows and processes.
• Quality control of applications and publication; share knowledge in meetings.
• Monitor late or non-payment of fees and take action when required.
• Provide support on PCT electronic services upon request.
