Job summary

Qualifications

• Completed professional training in hospitality, tourism, hotel management or a comparable qualification.
• Several years of experience in guest services, concierge, front office, customer relations or a similar role.
• A genuine passion for hospitality with a talent for building long-term relationships.
• A strong service mindset with a warm, confident and professional manner.
• Excellent organisational skills and a structured, independent approach to work.
• Flexible with varied hours, including weekends during peak season (7 days a week 08:00–20:00).
• Resilient and solution-oriented in a dynamic environment.
• Very good command of German and English, both written and spoken; additional languages a plus.
• Experience with CRM or property management systems and MS Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as a personal point of contact for owners, delivering warm, attentive service.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships and create exceptional experiences.
• Coordinate lifestyle and concierge services: reservations, transport, housekeeping and more.
• Welcome and support owners on arrival, during stay and departure for a seamless experience.
• Recommend leisure, sports, dining and regional experiences to inspire exploration.
• Coordinate requests with internal departments and external partners end-to-end.
• Handle enquiries, requests and feedback with professionalism and empathy.
• Contribute to an active Owner Community through events and experiences.
• Maintain owner information, preferences and histories in systems; support admin processes.
