Andermatt Swiss Alps AG seeks a Coordinator for the Andermatt Experiences Hub to warmly welcome guests, manage bookings and guide experiences. You will advise, sell and support guests and owners with premium service and knowledge of local activities.

Responsibilities include handling direct bookings, recording guest details, serving Alpine Wellness tea, merchandising and coordinating with Owner Services when needed. Weekend availability is expected.

Qualifications

• Completed vocational education in hospitality or a related field
• 2–3 years of guest-facing hospitality experience
• Knowledge of Andermatt experiences and partner services
• Confident use of booking, CRM, POS, payment and inventory systems
• Premium service mindset for tea, lounge and retail
• Proactive, composed and commercially minded service attitude
• Fluent German and English; other languages are a plus
• Weekend and peak-season availability

Responsabilités

• Welcome guests proactively and warmly and advise, book, assist and sell as needed
• Ask focused questions about group, interests, activity level, weather, time, accessibility and budget
• Recommend concise selection of experiences with timing, requirements, price and partner responsibilities
• Process approved direct bookings and payments and refer specialist offers onward
• Record guest details, bookings and follow-ups in systems
• Prepare and serve Alpine Wellness tea and beverages per recipe
• Present and sell ASA, Golf and tea merchandise and support stock counts
• Recognise returning owners and hand over requests to Owner Services
• Respond professionally to service failures and escalate complaints, safety concerns and complex requests
• Stay up to date on seasonal experiences, events, weather and partner terms
• Support other areas of Andermatt Experiences when needed
