Job summary

Andermatt Swiss Alps AG is seeking a guest-facing hospitality professional to welcome guests, process bookings, and upsell experiences. You will maintain guest records, support partner offers, and provide premium lounge and retail service.

The role requires fluent German and English, 2–3 years in hospitality, and availability for weekends and peak seasons. A passion for premium service and destination knowledge is essential.

Qualifications

• Completed vocational education or professional qualification in hospitality or related field.
• Experience in hospitality, concierge, tourism, retail or guest-facing environments.
• Knowledge of Andermatt experiences, seasonal conditions and partner services.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests proactively and determine whether they need advice, bookings, owner support, lounge hospitality or retail information.
• Ask focused questions about group, interests, activity level, weather, available time, accessibility and budget.
• Process approved direct bookings and payments accurately and refer specialist or partner-operated offers onwards.
• Record guest details, bookings, commissions and follow-ups cleanly in our systems.
• Present and sell selected ASA, Golf and tea merchandise and support stock counts.
• Escalate safety concerns and handle complex requests professionally.
• Stay up to date on seasonal experiences, events, weather, partner terms and destination news.
