Job summary

Andermatt Swiss Alps AG is seeking a service-driven Hub Manager to lead day-to-day operations across concierge, lounge, tea service and retail in Andermatt.

You will shape the guest journey from welcome through booking to follow-up at a consistently premium level, and coach the team to flex between experiences and merchandise.

This role also involves budget and stock oversight, KPI reporting, and resolving guest issues, with additional support across Andermatt Experiences during peak periods.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in hospitality, concierge, tourism, retail, or guest services with team coordination.
• Experience using booking platforms, CRM, POS and stock control.
• Strong sense for premium service and lounge ambience.
• KPI reporting, budget monitoring and commission tracking.
• Fluent German and English; other languages a plus; knowledge of Andermatt region is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily hub operations: opening/closing, shifts, handovers across concierge, lounge, tea service and retail.
• Shape the guest journey from welcome to booking and follow-up at premium level.
• Coach and cross-train team to flex between experiences and merchandise.
• Directly book simple experiences and refer specialist activities via partners.
• Uphold Alpine Wellness tea concept and retail standards while driving sales.
• Monitor budget, bookings, NPS, stock and initiate improvements.
• Resolve guest issues and coordinate follow-up with departments.
• Support other areas of Andermatt Experiences when needed.
