Zusammenfassung

ETEL S.A. seeks a detail-oriented professional to manage customer orders end-to-end in a small, international team. You will enter orders into ERP, confirm and coordinate with sales, planning and other departments, while creating reports and tracking indicators.

You will monitor credit limits and financial status, contribute to quarterly and monthly sales forecasts, and help optimize order processing and ERP usage in a dynamic, modern company environment in Switzerland.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, economics, or engineering.
• Experience in administration and sales processes, including triangulation activities.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with sales forecasting and S&OP processes.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written); French is a strong asset.

Aufgaben

• Manage customer orders from entry to shipment (entry into ERP, order confirmation and follow up in collaboration with sales network, planning and other departments).
• Enter and follow up on orders in the ERP system.
• Create and distribute reports and indicators.
• Monitor order changes, customer credit limits, and financial status.
• Collaborate on quarterly, monthly Sales forecasts and other reporting like customer OTD or monthly turnover preview.
• Assist our key user to optimize order processing processes and ERP.
