The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in business, economics or engineering, has experience in administration and sales processes, is fluent in English, with French as a strong asset. This 100% on-site role starts immediately and is permanent.

Aufgaben

• Manage customer orders from entry to shipment in the ERP and coordinate with sales and planning.
• Enter and follow up on orders in ERP.
• Create and distribute reports and indicators.
• Monitor order changes, customer credit limits and financial status.
• Support quarterly and monthly sales forecasts and other reports.
