Zusammenfassung

TECEZE is seeking an experienced L2 onsite EUC/desk​top support specialist in Zürich to assist end users with hardware, software, and account issues. You will troubleshoot Windows OS, laptops, peripherals, and configure devices in a fast-paced environment.

You will handle VPN/Wi‑Fi connectivity, MS 365 apps (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive) and ensure incident documentation, SOP adherence, and security guidelines are followed. Coordination with remote teams and SLA compliance are essential.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in L2 onsite desktop support.
• Proficient in Windows OS and hardware/software troubleshooting.
• Experience with laptops, desktops, monitors, printers.
• Familiar with Microsoft 365 apps (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, Office).
• Strong ticketing, SOP adherence and security guidelines.

Aufgaben

• Provide L2 onsite EUC / desktop support to end users.
• Troubleshoot Windows OS, desktop, laptop, and peripheral issues.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware and software incidents.
• Support laptops, desktops, monitors, docking stations, printers, and other peripherals.
• Perform device setup, configuration, installation, replacement, and troubleshooting.
• Troubleshoot network connectivity, Wi-Fi, VPN, and basic LAN-related issues.
• Handle user account, password, and access-related issues.
• Maintain incident/ticket documentation and provide timely status updates.
• Coordinate with remote L2/L3 teams for escalations.
• Ensure on-site activities meet SLA and quality standards.
