Zusammenfassung

BCIC Swiss GmbH is seeking an IT Support Specialist to provide Level 2 support in Switzerland. The role focuses on on-site visits on a scheduled weekly basis and requires fluency in French and English.

You will handle hardware, software, and network issues, manage AD/ Azure AD user accounts, and support Microsoft 365 services. The position includes imaging and deploying computers, maintaining endpoint security, and ensuring SLA targets are met.

• Fluent in French and English.

Aufgaben

• Provide Level 2 IT support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
• Diagnose and resolve incidents escalated from Level 1 support.
• Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals.
• Troubleshoot Windows, macOS, and Microsoft 365 environments.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and groups in Active Directory and Azure AD.
• Configure and support printers, scanners, VPNs, and other endpoint devices.
• Perform software installations, upgrades, patches, and system updates.
• Troubleshoot LAN/WAN, DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, and wireless connectivity issues.
• Deploy and image computers using standard deployment tools.
• Support Microsoft 365 services, including Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint.
• Monitor and maintain endpoint security and antivirus solutions.
• Deliver excellent customer service while meeting SLA and response time targets.
