Qualifikationen

• Solid experience in end-user IT support in a fast-moving environment.
• Proven Linux troubleshooting skills essential for daily support.
• Hands-on laptop provisioning, imaging, and hardware lifecycle management.
• Experience with identity and access management tasks (SSO/IdP TBD).
• Networking fundamentals to diagnose Wi-Fi, switching, and connectivity issues.

Aufgaben

• Provide incident and request management as the first and often final line of support for 150+ colleagues.
• Adhere to fast SLAs, resolving incidents near-instantly when possible.
• Support Linux users daily and troubleshoot OS, application, and connectivity issues.
• Handle provisioning: laptops, accounts, access rights; day-one readiness; offboarding.
• Manage end-user hardware fleet: procurement support, stock, deployment, repairs, retirement.
• Drive IT aspects of office expansion: network setup, cabling, AV, workstation builds.
• Collaborate with robotics and engineering teams to fit support to workflows.
• Coordinate shared systems, security policies, and escalations between scale-up and global IT.
