Zusammenfassung

Hexagon Robotics in Zürich is seeking an on-site IT professional to join as part of a scale-up IT function. You will be the primary contact for incident and request management, supporting 150+ colleagues with a Linux-heavy environment and Jira Service Management/ServiceNow.

You will own provisioning, imaging, access management, and hardware lifecycle, while coordinating with Hexagon IT and engineering teams to align workflows and security policies.

Qualifikationen

• Solid experience in end-user IT support in a fast-moving environment.
• Proven Linux troubleshooting skills are essential.
• Hands-on experience with laptop provisioning, imaging, and hardware lifecycle management.
• Working knowledge of identity and access management for day-to-day joiner/mover/leaver tasks — [SSO/IdP TBC].
• Networking fundamentals: diagnose Wi‑Fi, switching, and connectivity issues and set up office network infrastructure.
• Fluent English; German is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Be the first and usually final line of IT support for 150+ colleagues, managing the full ticket lifecycle through triage, prioritisation, resolution, and escalation.
• We work to fast SLAs: most incidents should be resolved near-instantly, not queued.
• Own the full IT side of the employee lifecycle: provisioning and imaging laptops, creating accounts, adjusting access, and offboarding.
• Hardware and asset management, including lifecycle, procurement support, stock and inventory, deployment, repairs and replacements, retirement.
• Drive IT infrastructure projects on-site: network checks, cabling, AV, workstation builds, and collaboration with two partners.
• Collaborate with Hexagon IT to coordinate shared systems, security policies, and escalations.
