Zusammenfassung

Cognizant Technology Solutions AG in Switzerland is seeking an Onsite Support Services Engineer to provide IT/OT support at manufacturing and office sites in Spreitenbach and surrounding areas.

You will troubleshoot desktop, network, and shop-floor infrastructure, manage onboarding/offboarding, and support Teams, telephony, and Azure AD, while ensuring ITIL-compliant processes and close collaboration with vendors.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 6-9 years’ experience in Onsite Support, Field Services, or Infrastructure Support.
• Native German speaker, ideally native Swiss German speaker (C1 level is not enough).
• English C1 level required.
• Driver’s license and own car for travel.

Join a global IT team supporting a world-leading manufacturer in HVAC, refrigeration, fire and security solutions.

What You’ll Do

• Provide onsite IT and OT support across manufacturing and office environments
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, networking, printers, scanners, and shop-floor devices
• Manage employee onboarding and offboarding
• Support Microsoft Teams, Teams Rooms, telephony, and mobile services

What We’re Looking For

• Native German speaker, ideally native Swiss German speaker (C1 level is not enough, we only will review native speakers)
• English C1 level
• Italian & French is a plus for direct verbal communication with employees in French speaking and Italian part of Switzerland
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 6-9 years’ experience in Onsite Support, Field Services, or Infrastructure Support
• Strong troubleshooting skills across desktop, network, and infrastructure technologies
• Experience with Active Directory / Azure AD
• Knowledge of ITIL processes and asset management
• Experience with ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Driver’s license and own car as travel will be required to from Spreitenbach AG: Lyssach BE, Taverne TI, Estavayer-le-lac FR, St. Gallen SG
