Hexagon Robotics in Zürich is seeking an IT Support Engineer to own end-user IT support for 150+ colleagues on-site, with a strong focus on Linux troubleshooting and hardware lifecycle management. You will manage onboarding/offboarding, provisioning, imaging, and access controls in a fast-moving scale-up.

You will collaborate with robotics/engineering and Hexagon IT, supporting office expansion and network projects while maintaining a service-minded approach and fast response times.

Qualifikationen

• Solid experience in end-user IT support in a fast-moving environment.
• Proven Linux troubleshooting skills are essential.
• Hands-on laptop provisioning, imaging and hardware lifecycle management.
• Identity and access management for joiner/mover/leaver tasks (SSO/IdP).
• Networking fundamentals for Wi‑Fi, switching and office connectivity.
• Service-minded with speed; resolve issues promptly.
• Fluent English; German is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Be the first and final line of support for 150+ colleagues, managing the full ticket lifecycle.
• Resolve incidents quickly to meet tight SLAs.
• Troubleshoot Linux systems daily; Jira Service Management / ServiceNow handling.
• Own IT aspects of the employee lifecycle: provisioning, imaging, accounts, access, onboarding/offboarding.
• Hardware and asset management across lifecycle.
• Drive IT for expanding office space: scoping and estimating network/infrastructure work, cabling and AV.
• Collaborate cross-team with robotics/engineering and Hexagon IT.
• Understand Linux-heavy workflows to align support decisions.
