Zusammenfassung

Cognizant Technology Solutions AG in Switzerland is seeking an Onsite Support Services Engineer to provide IT/OT support at manufacturing and office sites in Spreitenbach and surrounding areas.

You will troubleshoot desktop, network, and shop-floor infrastructure, manage onboarding/offboarding, and support Teams, telephony, and Azure AD, while ensuring ITIL-compliant processes and close collaboration with vendors.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 6-9 years’ experience in Onsite Support, Field Services, or Infrastructure Support.
• Native German speaker, ideally native Swiss German speaker (C1 level is not enough).
• English C1 level required.
• Driver’s license and own car for travel.

Aufgaben

• Provide onsite IT and OT support across manufacturing and office environments.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, networking, printers, scanners, and shop-floor devices
• Manage employee onboarding and offboarding
• Support Microsoft Teams, Teams Rooms, telephony, and mobile services
• Execute IMAC activities (Install, Move, Add, Change)
• Maintain asset inventory and CMDB records
• Support LAN, Wi-Fi, server room, and data center operations
• Manage Azure AD administration and user support
• Coordinate with vendors, carriers, and third-party providers
• Ensure compliance with security, safety, and ITIL processes
