Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated (JLL) in Geneva seeks a Market Lead Switzerland for Integrated Facilities Management. You will lead FMs and small projects teams, own P&L, manage budgets, and drive performance across a high-profile Swiss portfolio.

You will coach and develop the team, build lasting client relationships, ensure safe operations, and lead energy sustainability initiatives while aligning with account leadership and clients on long-term strategy.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership in service delivery and client relationships.
• Degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or Business Administration.
• Experience in facilities management or corporate real estate; banking/financial services background a plus.

Responsibilities

• Inspiring and leading your team (Lead FMs, FMs, and Small Projects).
• Owning the P&L and performance delivery, tracking KPIs/SKPIs.
• Managing annual budgets, capital works, and timely billing with financial discipline.
• Partnering with account leadership and clients to shape long-term strategy and grow small projects pipeline.
• Coaching and developing your team to build a high-performing group with clear succession planning.
• Building strong relationships with clients at all levels as their trusted go-to person.
• Overseeing technical and workspace operations, including Critical Environment requirements and safety compliance.
• Driving Energy & Sustainability initiatives across sites.
