JLL in Switzerland is seeking an experienced Facilities Manager on site to oversee day-to-day FM activities for our key client locations in Nyon. You will drive service excellence and ensure compliance with relevant standards.

Leading on-site teams, managing budgets, coordinating with vendors, and upholding Health & Safety and quality benchmarks, you will play a pivotal role in delivering reliable, efficient facilities services for a demanding, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in total FM services management.
• Proven track record of managing office cleaning.
• Strong client relationship skills.
• Experience delivering technical services for tech/media clients.
• Experience in budgeting and cost savings.
• Advanced in Microsoft Office.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects.

Responsabilités

• Promoting high level of satisfaction among client users by promptly responding to their service requirements.
• Demonstrates leadership, gives direction and mentors the on-site team to promote engagement and excellence in customer service and delivery.
• Responsible locally for Building Management Systems, PPM Schedules, Task System, EHS and Quality Compliance.
• Ensures compliance with JLL and client best practice, policies and procedures including statutory compliance, Quality and EHS compliance.
• Acts as go-to person for facilities/project/fit-out/crisis management on site with timely solutions.
• Develops a close working relationship with Client Key Stakeholders, Landlord, Managing Agents and FM vendors to ensure alignment with client culture.
• Addresses minor technical repairs and is first point of contact for building issues including out-of-hours escalations.
• Monitors PPM/Statutory schedules, O&Ms, warranties, Task System, Asset & Life Cycle Registers.
• Responsible for Health & Safety during events, including contractor supervision and H&S documentation review.
• Monitors and ensures office housekeeping and cleanliness to high standards and timely delivery of post room functions.
• Manages spend and budget locally in line with JLL policies including PO processing, invoices, budgets, service charges, rates, rent, insurance and local taxes.
• Drives savings to support the account savings glidepath.
