Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated in Geneva seeks an experienced Facilities Manager to oversee on-site facilities management for a key account. You will manage day-to-day hard and soft services, lead the on-site team, and ensure client satisfaction, safety, and compliance across locations including cross-regional coordination.

The role requires deep FM experience, strong budgeting and supplier management, and the ability to respond quickly to issues in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Experience managing total FM services and self-delivered engineering contracts.
• Proven track record in managing office cleaning.
• Strong client relationship skills.
• Experience delivering technical services for tech/media clients in fast-paced environments.
• Experience with budgeting and cost saving.

Responsibilities

• Promote high client satisfaction by promptly addressing service requests.
• Lead the on-site JLL team to ensure engagement and excellent service delivery.
• Oversee Building Management Systems, PPM schedules, and safety compliance.
• Ensure compliance with policies, statutory, and EHS requirements.
• Act as main contact for facilities, projects, and crisis management on site.
• Develop relations with client stakeholders, landlords, and vendors to deliver high-quality service.
• Handle minor technical repairs and first-point-of-contact for on-site issues, including after-hours escalations.
• Monitor budgets, invoices, service charges, and local taxes; drive account savings.
