Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated (JLL) is seeking a Senior Facilities Manager to lead day-to-day facilities operations for the Geneva site, coordinating engineering and facilities management services. You will act as the on-site liaison with DFAT staff, tenants and vendors, overseeing staff, contractors, and safety compliance to ensure uninterrupted operations.

The role demands managing complex property infrastructure, effective communication with stakeholders, and strong budget/contract

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in facilities management, building, business or related field, or 5–7 years’ relevant experience.
Fluent in English and French.
Experience managing facilities in complex environments and remote sites.
Knowledge of technical property systems (CRAC/CRAC, chiller, fire protection, M&E, BMS, access control).
Strong budget, contract and vendor management capabilities.

Responsibilities

Stakeholder management with DFAT staff, JLL facilities team, tenants and vendors.
People management of on-site staff and contractors, including performance and training.
Oversee risk management, incident response and safety compliance.
Conduct property inspections and monitor remote sites.
Manage asset lifecycle and procurement/contract activities.
Lead minor works projects and budget/financial management.
